Elyssa’s Mission fully funds the evidence-based SOS Signs of Suicide program developed by Riverside Community Center. We currently partner in-person with Illinois schools only. To learn more about the SOS program, click here. Funding includes all required materials as well as hands-on support required to ensure successful program implementation. We will continue to provide support and funding year after year, while giving schools the tools to implement the program independently.

Requirements for Partnership:

• Employs protocols for working with/responding to potentially suicidal students (Elyssa’s Mission provides model templates)
• Maintains the integrity of the SOS Signs of Suicide program by implementing all core components
• Administers pre- and post-tests to students (only required year 1)
• Completes Annual Outcome Survey
